And about missing Ikki. I think it's possible she somehow got into the SW (though not on her own). Jinora and Korra will enter the SW to look for her. Why Jinora and not Tenzin? Dunno. Korra's had enough of Tenzin; maybe she trusts Jinora's innocence more than Tenzin's knowledge. Am I talking sense or not? Your thoughts?
I was surprised at first, since I think Affleck's a better director than an actor. I mean he's not very flexible as an actor, so I'm not sure how his Batman will turn up. But if he's got his finger dipped in making the screenplay, then good.
As of now I'm wondering what they'll put in Bat vs. Sups.
so i had a thought, and i was wondering if you could help me out. i was looking at the spirit world page, which says the past lives of the avatar live in the spirit world. the source for that is escape from the spirit world. however, in escape, the past avatars didn't seem to reside there, they just kinda..appeared... there, which seems to indicate (to me at least) that perhaps they don't reside there. so the reason i'm coming to you on this is because i was wondering if you could ask someone "official" about it on twitter/tumblr - where are the past avatars?
thanks in advance!
p.s. Could you also ask if the avatar is one or many? Thanks again! :)
The page titled Spirit World on avatar wiki says that the past lives of the avatar live in the spirit world. the citation for that is the "escape from the spirit world" game. But nothing in that game seems to indicate that the past avatars live there - for example, yangchen appeared out of thin air to talk to aang. So i was wondering if the past avatars actually live in the spirit world, or...where?
did you tell him you were from avatar wiki? i remember once someone interviewed him for the bsst newsletter, and he said he actually uses AW to check his facts sometimes, so if you tell him you're an AWikian, he might be more likely to reply.

Just a thought...It could be that they don't know. If I were them, I'd be doing the research before answering. It's a pretty deep question. If they are strictly following the tenets of eastern religions, then the answer might be easy. But since we're talking about an individual's spirit housed/fused with the Avatar's spirit, it might get a little complicated.
Roku told Aang that all of his past lives are/were available to him. If they are available, they're hanging out somewhere. At this end, it appears that Aang can call on them at need and they (must?) answer.
As usual, it seems I have more questions than answers. Sorry.
have you seen the latest trailer? in it we have the first explicit mentioning of the location of the past avatars: "all the past avatars live on inside you." seems like my dynamics theory is correct so far....and the spirit world page needs updated.
Well, yeah. First time I saw it I didn't get it all at once. But it gets easier; after a few times of watching it I think I got it. :) I got confused - Inception isn't all confusing; I was thinking Memento. You should watch Memento. That's mind boggling. Now if you watch it tell me if you got it at once. XP
I thought I might drop by to say that I had noticed your block on Avatar Wiki. Not surprisingly, I have a million thoughts and questions now, but in short: I was deeply shocked. I've always despised the age rule, and will continue to despise it for all eternity. It's a shame you had to fall victim to it.
But, on a higher note, you can bet everyone will be cheerfully anticipating your return in June. :) And just in time for summer vacation, too.
